Assuming I am not in the matrix nor simply a construct of someone else's delusion and that I am in fact seeing and experiencing the world as it appears to be… then I would have to say:
1. The sun 'rises' in the East and 'sets' in the West.
2. Earth has one moon.
3. Red and Blue make Purple.
4. Fire is hot.
5. 100 pennies makes a dollar.
6. There are 5 letters in the word zippy.
7. Pepsi is better than Coke.
8. Polar bears are left handed.
9. Hydrogen and oxygen make water.
10. There are 10 entries on my list.

Um…k? Didn’t really get this entry. :-/
It’s a bit answer from a writing prompt on Plinky. The prompt was “Name 10 things you know for an absolute certainty.”
One question one statement. Earth has one moon at the moment, it didnt always have it as moons are caught by a planets gravitational field, and someday another asteroid may be caught as well; so your statement is currently true, but not a permanent absolute. And how do you know polar bears are left handed?
… shut up.
(“⌒∇⌒”) lol!
Fine, you write 10 certainties so I can rip yours apart.
“I think therefore I am.” That’s a certainty, if in fact I think. Hmm.
I dunno…. we could still be part of some super-sims construct being automatically controlled by alien forces. O.O or the matrix. probably the matrix.
